FAQ'S

All Luna Succulents & Notions products have a 1-3 business day processing time. Processing time is not shipping transit time. Most items will be shipped out within 48 Hours. Succulent orders may require 3-5 days processing time depending on if they may need to dry out to prevent damage in shipment. You will receive tracking information once your items have shipped.

We currently use USPS as our shipping carrier. We offer Priority Mail (1-3 business days) & Priority Mail Express (1-2 days including weekends and Holidays) for shipping options.

We cannot accept returns for succulents because the succulents cannot survive 2 way shipping. Returns may be done on a case to case basis dependent on the reasoning for the return. If you receive your package and are not satisfied, or if your plants are severely damaged, please message us at info@lunasucculentsandnotions.com with photos within 2 days of the package being delivered. LS&N is not responsible for damage done to plants by extreme weather. If you experience continuous cold weather temperatures under 38 degrees, we encourage you to add a 72-Hour heat pack to your order to ensure the safest arrival of your plants during your cold weather conditions. The heat pack option can be chosen at the time of adding the item to your cart or you can purchase 1 one by itself here: Heat Pack *Should you want to avoid a cold snap, you can also request a later shipping date by contacting us at info@lunasucculentsandnotions.com.
